Please note that for monogram style #8, the default colors are black, silver and gold. If you would like to change that combination, please call or email prior to placing your order.

Thread color choices are notional due to color variations of computer monitors. We aim to please. If thread color match is critical, email us with your phone number and color choice we'll text you a photo of the actual thread spool.

Customized products are NOT RETURNABLE or refundable. PLEASE review your customized options for accuracy before placing your order. Monograms will be embroidered in the order in which you type them. As a general rule of thumb, in a 3-letter monogram the first letter on the left is the First initial, the center initial is the Last Name initial and the initial on the right is the Middle Initial. The exception is #5 - the stacked monogram where the top left initial is the First Name, underneath that is the Middle Name (or spouses name) and the larger letter on the right is the Last Name initial.
