As a general rule of thumb, in a 3-letter monogram the first letter on the left is the First initial, the center initial is the Last Name initial and the initial on the right is the Middle Initial. The exception is #5 - the stacked monogram where the top left initial is the First Name, underneath that is the Middle Name (or spouses name) and the larger letter on the right is the Last Name initial.
